Featuring locking pins, this 1.25" diameter bar can be placed at any height inside the Independent Squat Stand’s 72" overall height. Creating an alternate pull-up option without the inconvenience of having a permanent bar bolted to the uprights. This easy-to-attach bar is sturdy and the perfect option for family pull-up competitions.

NOTE: The adjustable pull-up bar should not be used as a structural crossmember
