The 3-inch spheres are spaced 16-inches on the center, while the 4-inch spheres are spaced 32-inches on the center. NOTE: If you are mounting the Sphere Grip Pull-Up Bar onto the TITAN Series Power Rack you will need the TITAN Series Crossmember Stabilizer. Additionally, the Pull-Up Bar will mount slightly off-center due to the 19 laser-cut hole pattern in the TITAN Series Crossmember vs the 20 hole pattern in the T-3 and X-3 Series.
