The X-Dip Bar Attachment by Titan FitnessĀ® will transform your T-3 Series Power Rack into a fully adjustable dip station. Designed to clip onto your Pin and Pipe Safety Set easily. No hardware required. The 32 mm grip bar can hold up to 440-pounds and is a great way to build strength in your chest, shoulders, and arms. This versatile, multi-purpose attachment covers a wide variety of exercises including, standard dips, kipping dips, or raise the X-Dip to the top of the uprights for a multi-grip pull-up station. If bodyweight is not enough, try holding a dumbbell between your legs to add more weight and resistance to your dip exercise.
