The Deadlift Pulling Blocks are designed to easily add or change weight in seconds with the barbell suspended in the air. The inverted T-shaped structure features four adjustable height settings from 13 to 17.5-inches and a 51mm barbell sleeve with a locking knob. Each block weighs 12.5-pounds and takes up 2-inches of space on your barbell sleeve. This pair of Dead Lift Pulling Blocks are great accessories for perfecting your form while performing deadlifts, Olympic cleans and snatches, or even the floor press.
